Handle - 70. FC-AFC DOCTOR CABERNET JUST IN CASE, "Doc" LM, Erin O'Brien

Fun Fact on Doc: shares the same sire as 3 other competitors (71, 110 & 116), furthermore he is competing against his sire #54 Tubb. Doc is the youngest dog competing at this point (10/28/14). He completed his FC in August 2018 and AFC in April 2019.

Duck Flyer - Excellent Mark - Water; Land; Bird!

Rooster Retired - Doc got into the pond, headed past the mark, he quickly slowed down, got up by the blind and came down to the gun for his bird.

Pheasant Hen Flyer - Went through second pond and angled across the field, went back to the left side then back right and to the bird.

Pheasant Hen Retired - Through the fall area and got deep. Had to handle back to the bird.

Doc got his first cast for his initial entry into the water. Getting another to line him for his first point. He the went right of the tules and had to get a cast to get back into the water. Then getting three cast for direction to get to point two, where he went up and had to get three more blows of the whistle for re-entry where he was loose on point. Doc had multiple whistle to work on getting to the third point. He was loose getting out and to his blind.

FC-AFC DOCTOR CABERNET JUST IN CASE, "Doc" LM (10/28/14)

Doc got to the line at 1:29 pm.

Pheasant Flyer - Directly to the bird.

Short Retired - Good line to the bird.

Duck Flyer - Doc angled nicely through the valley and to get just right of the bird. He turned and grabbed his bird.

Long Retired - His line took him just in front of the holding blind. He makes a few passes along the shoreline, the swims across the stream to get his bird.

Doc and Erin came to the line at 4:04 pm.

Doc had a good initial line that carried him to the opposite side of the land.Three whistles were needed to adjust for position to enter the water. Two more to keep aligned in the water.

A look at Doc's 2018 and current year...

Came to the line at 9:32 am.

Had a no bird, she returned immediately back to the line.

Back to the line at 9:34 am.

Flyer - PERFECT

Middle Retired - Doc arrived at the area to the right of the mound. He looped around the back and then came back over the top and on his bird.

Long Retired - he entered the field wide left and adjusted his line right, but he continued the line out of the field and into a pasture. Doc worked back to the fall and grabbed his bird.

To the line 8:02 am

Water – 1 whistle before the log and missed it, 2 more for a nice water entry and this carries him through 3/4 of the way, a quick whistle to ensure the route and on the bird.

Land – 1 whistle after angling the road, then a couple adjustment whistles through the field, and 3 whistles at the end.

Flyer – Angled towards the guns. Quick turn to the left and did a nice job.

RR – Came in behind the guns, going in a little deep, quickly turned back left to get in front of the guns and got her bird.
