Duck Flyer - Nice Flyer

Rooster Retired - Max got through the pond and drove the hillside and was on his bird.

Pheasant Hen Retired - Getting through the pond he got to the base of the hill. Sliding past the rooster retired he heads deep. He gets a quick handle back to his bird.

Pheasant Hen Flyer - Moving out in  a line similar to the hen retired, Max moves on with hesitation to cut across the draw and established a hunt for the flyer.

Max got his first two cast on his swim to the first point. This carried him to the second point where he got two whistles to get onto the point. Getting a whistle on his way to the third point he had to get another whistle to get off the point. With a big splash, Max carried his line to the bird where he got a quick check down whistle.

Pheasant Flyer - Very Good!

Short Retired - Held the hillside and got his bird.

Duck Flyer - Good line through the valley. Max established a hunt pattern behind the gunners. After a couple of loops he expanded the hunt to get in front of the flyer and worked out the bird.

Long Retired - Going out on the left side of the valley, he went completely to the end of the field to the fence and went on the other side of the fence. Max came back across and picked up the bird with a little hunt.

Series 6 - Problem Fixed

There is a fence at the far end of the field behind the long retired gun. This fence was re-enforced with dog-proof panels. Dog #14 was able to go through a place where the panels overlapped and this is the place that was re-enforced and fixed.

Dog #14 will have a re-run at the end of the rotation.

Max received a "back" cast to entry the water. The two more on the far shore and his final two whistles to adjust through his swim.

Flyer - Got the Flyer!

Middle Retired - Good work across the field. Landed in the area right of the guns. A right turn and then a quick return to the area of the fall to dig his bird out of the cover.

Long Retired - Out on a similar line to the middle bird, but self corrected to move to the left bird. Through the last body of water and in for his bird!

Water - A couple of whistles to get Max in the water. Three more to keep Max snug to the shore.

Land - Three whistles to get angle corrected and cross the road. Four more and he's right on the bird.
